Shipping and Processing Policies

Each print is “made to order” and produced on a large format professional printer, hand cut, and shipped in a shipping tube from my partners at Fine Art America. Our print manufacturer received the order and prepares the print for shipping in a range of 2-8 business days, depending on production availability. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to our order processing time.

We offer pick-up and shipping options for original art only purchased through this web site (prints cannot be picked up in person as they are manufactured out of state). Pick-up is in Virginia Beach, VA at Stephie Jones' Art Studio (the address will be provided via email for any local orders with "pick up" selected at checkout). For shipping please allow 5 days for your order to be sent out from our studio. Once it is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from for shipping your prints. All "original artwork" will be sent via UPS or USPS and will be insured for replacement value.

International Shipping is unavailable at this time for original art, however prints are available to be shipped internationally by our manufacturer.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to providing incorrect shipping information.

Return & Cancellation Policies

All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

All Art Print sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order." 

All Art Print sales are final. Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order” by a third party manufacturer. Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to administrative costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your refund.

Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed artwork will be replaced. All works are insured by the carrier and refunds for the insured amount will be pursued and can be issued by filing a claim with them.

Framed Artwork Policies

Frames and framed artwork are currently only available in the domestic U.S.

All frames and framed artwork are final sale. Refunds, returns and exchanges are unavailable as all frames are made to order. Framed artwork orders can only be cancelled if we have not yet submitted your frame order and/or artwork to our framer for fulfillment. Framed artwork orders are sometimes sent to our framers immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel or make changes to your frame(s) and/or artwork(s) order once you place your order. Due to the administrative costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been fulfilled, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your framed artwork order.

We are unable to accept any returns for frames. All frames and framed print sales are final sale.

In the instance that a replacement frame is issued, our framer requires that damaged frames be disposed of by the recipient and to provide photographic evidence of doing so.

Ownership of the Artwork

Stephie Jones retains all rights to all artwork she creates. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. She retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork in advance and these rights have been given over in writing after appropriate compensation.

To discuss purchasing the rights, contact Stephie Jones. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media please provide a credit to Stephie Jones. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without written permission by the artist.
